Returns Policy
Return Period
Our return policy extends to 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. This policy ensures both customer satisfaction and proper product evaluation time.

- Are in their original condition with all packaging and accessories
- Show manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Were incorrectly shipped items
Required Documentation:
- Original proof of purchase
- Return authorization number (obtained from our customer service)
- Detailed description of the issue (for faulty items)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Memory cards and storage devices
- Software and digital products
- Cleaning supplies and chemicals
- Custom-ordered or personalized equipment
- Items marked as final sale
- Opened packaging of filters and protective equipment
Refund Process
Once we receive your return:
- Our team will inspect the returned item(s)
- You will receive an email confirming receipt of your return
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Shipping Costs
Please note the following regarding shipping costs:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- For faulty items, we will reimburse return shipping costs
- We recommend using tracked shipping for all returns
